Food donations
Pinellas Hope is a temporary shelter that provides homeless mena and wormen privacy and a safe plac e to leave their belongings during the day or while they are at work. The residents may sleep undisturbed, take a shower, and have a comforting evening meal. There is a strict code of conduct in Pinellas Hope. Started by Catholic Charities in partnership with the inter-faith commmunity, local government, businesses and other not-for-profit to provide four to five months of temporary emergency shelter.
Food donations needed at this time are:
Cereal (little individual packed boxes) Coffee (not decaf) and creamer and sugar
Donuts Peanut Butter and jelly
Milk
Drink mix in large quantity packages for use with carbonation
Tuna, canned chicken, sardines Mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup
cheese Salt & Pepper
sandwich meats
Donations are accepted on Tuesday between 3:30 - 5:30 p.m. and on Saturday between 10:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.
